Kong Jiun Yuan (Melvin) holds an LL.B. (Hons.) from Multimedia University (2013). He has practised banking litigation, debt recovery, personal injury and motor accident claims, and corporate commercial work — including share purchase and joint venture agreements. He has also advised a Vietnamese company as legal counsel in Ho Chi Minh City, collaborating with counsel across ASEAN and the United States.
